Ambassador Vidya Bhushan Soni is overall in-charge and functions from OIA's Corporate office in New Delhi. He is a seasoned diplomat and an alumnus of the University of Oxford, U.K. Having a distinguished career with the Government of India spanning 35 years, he has initiated and expanded diplomatic relations with various heads of State/Government, senior most Government officials and dignitaries, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary/ High Commissioner of India. He has served in various capacities in Indian diplomatic missions in Moscow, Cairo, Kuala Lumpur, London, Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Commerce, New Delhi.

Mr. Austine Sequeira, B.Com, PGDFT, CFA, heads the International Operations at OIA. He has a rich experience of over 19 years in Corporate and Project Finance, Resource Management and Business Analysis, International Project Sourcing, Project Evaluation, Negotiations, Designing Contracts and Project Management as well as liaison with foreign Governments.
Mr. Purushottam Maheshwari

Mr. Purushottam Maheshwari co-ordinates the efforts of the esteemed Board Members and the alliance partners of OIA and is the overall in charge of Accounts, Finance as well as Taxation matters. He is a Commerce Graduate with 22 years of experience in raising finance for Projects, Valuations, Mergers, Acquisitions and Treasury Management. He also handles various compliance matters of the stock exchange and SEBI, stock market operation and is actively involved in public and right issue matters.
Mr. Advait Chaturvedi

Mr. Advait Chaturvedi currently oversees various functions at OIA including Operations, Procurement, Projects, System Implementation & Audit, Finance & Accounts, Corporate Services, Corporate Strategy & Planning, Budget and Treasury. A graduate in Economics, Business Studies and Politics from the University of Durham, UK and with professional experience with a big four global consultants in corporate finance, he has since 2004 established OIA's SAP implementation, the corporate head-office, SOP implementation, brand & change management and business intelligence.
Mr. Ambuj Chaturvedi

Mr. Ambuj Chaturvedi manages the Marketing, Branding and Research & Development, the procurement liaising process and project planning with the consultants, the clients and the sub-contractors for enabling world-class project execution. A graduate in Politics with Economics from the University of Bath, UK, he has since 2004 managed OIA’s sales plan and strategy, pre qualifications, project opportunities, contingency estimation and strategic partnerships.

V. P. Rustagi
President, Banking & Corporate Affairs
Mr. Rustagi oversees financial planning, foreign transactions and the OIA's relationships with financial institutions. He is an integral part of the management for devising business strategies and decision-making. He also oversees the Corporate Affairs function of the company, providing advice to the board and executive teams on reputation management and engagement with customers, governments, regulators and financial institutions. He is an FCA and has a wide experience in Working Capital Management, Financial Forecasting, Business Strategy, Budgeting, Foreign Transactions, Fund Raising, Banking and Investment.
