a) The relevance of the P.D. workshop in today's Corporate environment? |

| Answer : |
It is important to harness every employee's Communication Skills.
Employees should not just be sitting in the office, they should interact with other colleagues. The workshop interestingly helps employees to know other employees, their inbound qualities, apart from their official exposure. It focuses in putting their skills together to make a friendly environment and also help towards the growth of the company along with individual growth. It opens the thought process of individuals putting effort to know each other and come out of public fear. |

b) Measures which employees need to take to ensure that the lessons learnt are not lost? |

| Answer : |
Such training session should be a continuous process and Corporates should organize training programs, conferences, etc. periodically. Employee get-together with lunch or dinner should be frequently organized. And, during such occasions one or two employees should be made to address the gathering; may be about the company's progress, achievements, success stories welcome speech, vote of thanks etc. |
