Pledging by the highest quality standards

  22nd May 2009

In order to become world-class enterprise and to boost the confidence of its international customers, OIA has implemented the stringent Quality Management Systems of ISO 9001:2008. As a result, it is the recipient of the ISO 9001:2008 certification. The award of the ISO 9001:2008 certification came at the end of an intense audit that involved OIA team members at multiple levels of the organisation. TUV performed the external audit; examined OIAs documented procedures and conducted an audit of the company's overall operations.

This certification awarded by TUV has demonstrated that OIA's Quality Management System fully conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standards; adheres to its own highly challenging quality policies and objectives and that OIA places greater accountability on both, executive management involvement and measurable quality objectives.

Commenting on the occasion, our Chairman, Mr. V.B. Soni said, “ISO 9001:2008 certification is a significant milestone in the history of OIA. It is yet another implementation of our company's Quality Policy where in we have committed that the processes by which we transact our business, will comply with recognised international quality standards, as appropriate, and also continue to meet the varying and changing demands of our clients.”
